Tickets for High Holy Days 2019/5780

Believe it or not, the High Holy Days are coming soon! Here are some Frequently-asked questions about High Holy Days tickets and services information:

Receiving Your Tickets
Tickets to CSZ High Holy Days services will be mailed beginning in August.
Ticketing will continue through 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2019.

Tickets requested after Friday, September 20, 2019 must be picked up in person at the
CSZ administrative offices, or at will-call on Rosh Hashanah.

Are you traveling to another city, or are you having out-of-town guests in for the holidays and intending to share our High Holy Days services with them?

Reciprocal High Holy Days tickets are issued when CSZ is in touch with another synagogue that honors the good standing of our members, and issues tickets for their services. CSZ, in turn, honors membership at other shuls, and issues tickets to their members in good standing.

For reciprocity questions or tickets, please contact Jeri Fishman at or 248.357.5544.

Statements have been mailed, and tickets to High Holy Days services will be issued to all CSZ members whose accounts are in good standing. To be in good standing, all previous
dues must be paid up to date, and at least 50 percent of current dues must be paid, or financial arrangements made.

For account and payment information, call our accounting office at 248.357.5544.

Prayer Book
We use the Mahzor Lev Shalem for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. We have a limited number of copies available for general use, thanks to the generosity of Henrietta and Alvin Weisberg (z’l). Tickets and Security
The security of our members and families during the holidays is paramount. Please remember to bring your tickets for admission to all services. Additionally, please don’t be offended if security guards ask to see tickets that aren’t readily visible, as they seek to keep us all safe.
