Me & My Preschooler Special Chanukah Chagigot – 10:45 a.m.

This 45 minute class is a special Chanukah-Shabbat experience especially designed for children ages 0-6 with an adult. Through Zoom we will tell the story of Chanukah, learn some Hebrew, sing songs, and celebrate this festive Shabbat together! Come join Morah Ariana for this fun and engaging time! Teen Shabbat Schmooze with Rabbi Yoni Dahlen – 12:00 Noon

NEXTGen Light Up the Night, featuring Rabbi Yoni Dahlen – 6:00 p.m.
This year, no one lights alone! NEXTGen Detroit, along with our community partners, has eight glowing nights lined up so we can all burn brighter together. Every evening, a new special guest will join us on Zoom to lead us in lighting the menorah and bring a unique way to celebrate the holiday! Tonight: Rabbi Yoni Dahlen will join us for Havdalah before the Menorah lighting. This online event is intended for young adults ages 21 to 45. Magical Menorahs and More – 9:30 a.m.
All children ages 5-13 and their families are invited to join together with other CSZ families, our clergy and the Religious School faculty for a song-filled Havdalah. Shinishim will lead us in dancing and Hebrew language learning, and Ari Reis, Director of Youth and Family Learning will teach a song and a themed craft using household items. Finally, Jeff the Magician will put on a Chanukah-themed magic show. Join us on Zoom HERE.

Light candles, sing songs, play Bingo and enjoy the company of your fellow Sisterhood members! This event is for paid Sisterhood members.
