Just as we make time to go to the gym to strengthen our muscles and keep our bodies as healthy and strong as possible, we also need to give our brains regular exercise and care to fight the normal cognitive changes that come with aging.
Join Lynn Breuer, LMSW, Certified Health Coach, for a fun, informative and interactive presentation on lifestyle factors that impact our aging brains’ health and wellness, including the most recent non-pharmacological research regarding optimizing our cognitive abilities.
You’ll also have the chance to try out a few hands-on Mind Aerobics cognitive training activities and best of all…no workout clothes required!
Lynn Breuer has been involved in the healthcare and educational industries her entire career. She began her career as a Social Worker with Jewish Family Service and The Sarah Fisher Center, and then moved into the pharmaceutical industry, first as a representative and then later as a trainer, helping the sales force understand the importance of treating depression and anxiety. While she was home raising her children, she also worked part-time as a pre-school educator.
