Potato leek soup, from Kosher Delicious
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 leeks white part only chopped
3 carrots peeled and chopped
2 turnips peeled and chopped
3 large baking potatoes peeled and chopped
8 cups water or vegetable stock
Kosher salt

2 cups lentils
8 cups water
1 medium onion chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 cooked potato diced
3 Tbsp parsley dried or fresh
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 14 oz can chopped tomatoes
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
