Will you come join us in this act of chesed (kindness)?

Over one hundred years ago, B'nai David Cemetery was established on Van Dyke in Detroit.

CSZ member David Goldman adopted the cemetery, with the goal to give it the respect and care it deserves. Our Social Action Team wants to help.

B’nai David Cemetery needs love.  We will help:

    •    Place a rock at each grave

    •    Polish headstone photographs

    •    Pick-up trash around perimeter using  grabbers (no bending!)

    •    Spring-clean graveside lilies

We’ll provide gloves, snacks and camaraderie.

Remember to bring a filled water  bottle and a protective hat. *Please note – No restrooms onsite

No charge for event

After the clean-up a pizza lunch will be provided at Buddy's in Hamtramck.
