Ski with CSZ

This winter, join your CSZ family in an outdoor cross-country ski experience. Venue Change: Because the equipment rental at Kensington was not open, we have moved this event to Huron Meadows Metropark in Brighton. Huron Meadows is located at 8765 Hammel Rd, Brighton, MI 48116. All ages are welcome to ski with us. Open to the community – bring your friends and introduce them to the CSZ family!

Register below, so we can plan appropriately for the size of our group. There is no cost to attend, but you will need to pay admission to the park, or have a Metropark annual pass. Bring your own equipment, or rent it at the park. Equipment rental information is HERE. We recommend reserving your rental equipment as early as Thursday, January 28 to be sure it’s available (equipment rental quantities are limited), and also recommend you schedule rental pick-up for 12:30 p.m. so you are fitted and ready to go when the group hits the trails.

Please note: For all activities, CSZ sides with safety and well-being. COVID-19 protocols are in effect at all synagogue-sponsored events, so please bring and wear your masks, and please do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. We also recommend checking with your physician before embarking on any new strenuous activity. Please be prepared with the proper equipment and clothing for each activity, and be aware of your own limitations. Participation is voluntary, and at your own risk.
