This winter, join your CSZ family in an outdoor cross-country ski experience. If you have ever skied (cross-country or downhill), you should be able to navigate the terrain of the beginner course at Kensington Metropark golf course. Cross-country skiing is the perfect masked and physically-distanced outdoor experience. Bring your own equipment, or rent it at the park. All ages are welcome to ski with us. Open to the community – bring your friends and introduce them to the CSZ family!
Register below, so we can plan appropriately for the size of our group. There is no cost to attend, but you will need to pay admission to the park, or have a Metropark annual pass. Equipment rental information is HERE.
This event is part of #CSZWinterWellness, our synagogue’s month of focus on mind, body and spirit.
Please note: For all activities, CSZ sides with safety and well-being. COVID-19 protocols are in effect at all synagogue-sponsored events, so please bring and wear your masks, and please do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. We also recommend checking with your physician before embarking on any new strenuous activity. Please be prepared with the proper equipment and clothing for each activity, and be aware of your own limitations. Participation is voluntary, and at your own risk.
