Mazel Tov to Noa Isabel Alterman as she graduated Cranbrook Kingswood High School and prepares to go on a great adventure at Indiana University in Bloomington. Noa is the daughter of Kari and Edward Alterman, and the sister to Adina. Beaming with pride and joy are her grandparents, Roberta and Emery Grosinger and Sharon and Mickey Alterman.

Mazel Tov to Jacob Blumenstein, who graduated from Detroit Country Day School, and will attend the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in the Fall. Jacob is the son of Carol and Richard Blumenstein, and grandson of Penny and Harold Blumenstein.
Mazel Tov to Joshua Blumenstein, who recently graduated from the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan. Joshua is the son of Marci Gittleman and Randall Blumenstein, and the grandson of Penny and Harold Blumenstein. He is currently working in New York City for Green Hill Equities.
Mazel Tov to Annie Chernow, daughter of Molly and Aaron Chernow and sister to Sophie and Ethan. Annie is a recent graduate of Birmingham Groves High School and is on her way to Michigan State University where she will join the many Spartan fans. Filled with pride at Annie’s achievements are grandparents Judy Volpert, and Rena and Jerry Chernow.

Mazel Tov to Jacob Ellenbogen, son of Jennifer and Aaron Ellenbogen, brother to Henry and Laura, and grandson of Judee and Robert Sternberg. Jacob graduated from Birmingham Groves High School. He will be taking a gap year in the land of Israel and will attend the University of Michigan in Fall 2021.

Mazel Tov to Adler Fritz, grandson of Betsy and Joel Kellman. Adler recently graduated from Berkley High School, where he served as Vice-President of the Senior Class, and also was the moderator of the class graduation ceremony on You Tube. Adler will attend the University of Michigan in the Fall.

Hannah is the daughter of Cheryl and Milton Kovinsky, sister to Max and granddaughter of Sandy and Dr. Stanley Boykansky and Brenda and Skippy (in loving memory) Kovinsky. Hannah is looking forward to attending University of Michigan.
Mazel Tov to Yale Lash on his graduation from Kalamazoo College with a degree in Chemistry. Yale will attend Wayne State University in the Fall to pursue a Master’s degree in Basic Medical Sciences. Yale is the son of Robin and Lawrence Lash, and the grandson of Marilyn and Dr. Norman (z’l) Schakne.
Mazel Tov to Emily Claire Levin, daughter of Kimberly and Dr. Kenneth Levin, sister to Daniel and granddaughter of Dr. Murray and Shirley (z’l) Levin and Marvin and Marlene Frankel, as she graduates from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Emily will continue her post baccalaureate at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, with a combined Master’s degree in Public Health and a Dietetic Internship.

Mazel Tov to Dr. Alexander Orman, son of Susan and Dan Orman and grandson of Dr. Leo (z’l) Shipko and Roslyn (z’l) Shipko and Diana and Alan Orman of Windsor, Canada, upon the completion of his Residency program in Emergency Medicine at Ascension St. John Hospital. He will go on to practice at Henry Ford Hospital.
Mazel Tov to Abi Pont who recently completed the Avodah program in Washington D.C., and will begin her medical studies at the Roslyn Frankel Midwest Chicago School of Medicine; Mazel Tov to Ryan Pont who graduated from Oak Park River Forest High School in Oak Park, Illinois and will enter Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa to begin his studies in Graphic Design. Both young people are the children of Sheila and Dr. Eddie Pont of Oak Park, Illinois and the grandchildren of proud grandparents Rissa and Shel Winkelman and Janet and Herb Pont.
Mazel Tov to Emma Pont as she graduated from Freehold Township High School in Freehold, New Jersey. Emma has been accepted into the University of Michigan School of Nursing; Mazel Tov to Gabe Pont who recently graduated both from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and the Jewish Theological Seminary in the Albert List College. Gabe has been accepted into the Avodah program and will reside in Washington, D.C. Both young people are the children of Natalie and Rabbi Michael Pont of Marlboro, New Jersey and the grandchildren of proud grandparents Irene Hutner of New York and Janet and Herb Pont.
Mazel Tov to Emma Rosenthal, who graduated from the Lyman-Briggs College at Michigan State University with a major in Human Biology. Excited parents are Ellen Rosenthal and Lester Rosenthal, and cheering her on are brothers Neil and Zachary. Mazel Tov to Ari Sternberg, son of Marcy Spitz and Douglas Sternberg, as he graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Environmental Sustainability. Ari is the brother of Carly and Daniel, and the grandson of Judee and Robert Sternberg. Ari will begin his law school studies in 2021.
