Shabbat Morning Services

May 20, 2023
9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Shabbat morning we gather in-person in the sanctuary for a participatory, clergy-led service, a triennial Torah reading, a sermon, and songs of the Musaf service.

Following services, we join together for a festive Shabbat lunch!

You may also join our services on Live Streaming

Online prayer books are available for you to follow along with our minyan, thanks to the Rabbinical Assembly! We utilize Siddur Sim Shalom. It is recommended that you download weekday morning, weekday afternoon, weekday evening and Shabbat. Click HERE.

Pick up copies of our prayer books from CSZ – In order to make it easier to accompany our online services, Congregation Shaarey Zedek is now offering synagogue members the opportunity to pick up copies of the books to take home. Simply call the synagogue office at 248.357.5544 to arrange for no-contact pick-up of your prayer books. If you cannot get to CSZ, please let us know, and a volunteer will safely drop your books at your door.

With gratitude to Lori Weisberg and Steven Weisberg, and in memory of Henrietta and Alvin Weisberg (z’l), who generously provided prayer books for our Sanctuary, the books are your own to keep, even after we return to our Sanctuary for prayer.
