CSZ Winter Wellness

#CSZWinterWellness is our synagogue’s month of focus on mind, body and spirit. Judaism teaches us that, in order to live with meaning and purpose, we must properly nurture mind, body and spirit. Join us as we begin 2021 with a renewed focus on individual wellness, as we continue and deepen our efforts toward seeking individual meaning, caring for others, and pursuing justice in our world. This initiative is in partnership with CSZ Sisterhood. CSZ Men’s Club, CSZ Empty Nesters, CSZ GenXers, Rimonim CSZ Young Adults, and CSZ Religious School.

Join us for any or all of the events listed below, snap photos of yourself at our events and post them on your social channels using the hashtags, and use the hashtag #CSZWinterWellness to let us know how it’s going!

Please consult your physician before beginning or increasing your physical activity.
